Returns & Exchanges:
Understandably, due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges on these items. We will, however, gladly replace any product that arrives damaged or defective. Claims for damaged merchandise must be made via email or telephone within seven days of receipt of item. Customers must return the product before it is replaced. Return shipping cost is at the expense of the buyer and will not be reimbursed by Creative Impact Company, LLC

For Returns of damaged stock items only:
Claims for damaged merchandise must be made via email or telephone within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Damaged items must be returned within 10 days of receipt for refund or exchange.  Place the merchandise securely in a box with your original packing list, then send the box back to us via insured mail with delivery confirmation to the address below.  

For Exchanges of stock items:
Return merchandise with the original packing list to the address below, and order your new merchandise at the same time by calling 319-287-7748 during normal business hours (10 a.m. - 6 p.m. M-F Central Standard time). We will process the return when your original merchandise arrives back to us and will ship your replacement items as soon as possible (In-stock STOCK items will be shipped out the next day).  You will be responsible for shipping fees for the return and for the replacement.

Things To Keep In Mind:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable on returned items.
- Custom items and decorated garments are non-returnable and non-refundable for any reason other than damage.
- Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase.
- Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
- If the original payment was a check, money order, merchandise certificate, or gift certificate you will receive either a refund check in the mail or an account credit.

Shipping Policy

We do not ship outside the 48 states. For possible exceptions, please contact us personally.

At Creative Impact Company, LLC, we make every effort to ship your product within 48-72 hours. Many factors can effect this including timely response to email questions regarding your personalization requirements. All shipping is through the U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time displayed only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping times shown for USPS or UPS are an estimate from the US Postal Service or United Parcel Service and are NOT guaranteed. If you need your gift by a specific date, you must select EXPRESS MAIL for USPS, or, for UPS: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select for the shipping method as these are the only services that can guarantee a specific delivery date. These time specific transit times, though guaranteed, are for TRANSIT TIMES ONLY and do not account for the time it takes to process and ship your order (guarantee applies to shipping cost ONLY!). PLEASE NOTE: Shipping time guarantees are NOT HONORED by the carriers when adverse weather conditions exist and therefore are not guaranteed by us.

We reserve the right to change your selected shipping method if such change provides better or faster service, or in the case of PO box, Rural Route or APO/FPO addresses at no additional cost to you.
